Agreeing to receive text messages is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. The consent box on the sign-up form is never pre-selected, and it is never bundled with acceptance of our Terms and Conditions or any other agreement.

The site is fully usable without consenting. You can read every page and guide without signing up for text messages.

By checking the consent box and submitting the sign-up form, you authorise Trend Tactics, LLC to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber for that number or its customary user, and that you are at least 18 years old.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, along with many regional carriers. Carrier support can change.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying with any of these keywords to any message:

• STOP
• CANCEL
• END
• QUIT
• UNSUBSCRIBE

After you opt out, you may receive a message confirming the request, and no further messages will be sent unless you sign up again. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] with the mobile number you want removed.

Reply HELP to any message for help with the program. You can also email [email protected] for help.

• Only sign up a mobile number that you own or are authorised to use.
• If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from that number first, or email us so we can remove it.
• Keep in mind that message and data charges from your carrier are your responsibility.

When you give consent, we keep a record of it. The record includes the fact that consent was given, the exact consent wording shown to you, an ISO 8601 timestamp of when you submitted the form, the URL of the page where you gave consent, your IP address and your browser's user agent, together with the details you entered on the form.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
